The Mill produces different sizes of Special Bar Quality (SBQ) Steel including Round Bars, Round Corner Square (RCS) size ranging from 20 mm to 63 mm and Flats. These products are used in Automobile, Bright Bars, Forging, Machining, Fastners, Vibration Mounts and other Engineering applications.

500, 000 tpa steel melting shop (sms) is equipped with a 70 mt eaf, lrf, vd, and a continuous caster (ccm), with provision for aod as well for production of stainless steel. The shop can produce alloy & special steel with a state-of-the art technology & equipment supplier by sms siemag, siemens vai and concast (india).

Ferro chrome is required for manufacturing of special steel and stainless steel. The ferro chrome production capacity is being planned to be expanded to 250, 000 tpa to ensure regular supplies to its customers world wide.

Sponge iron, also known as direct reduced iron is produced from hematite iron ore (5 to 20 mm size) iron oxide pellets (6 to 18 mm size) by removing the oxygen by direct reduction process using non coking coal as the fuel and reducing agent in rotary kiln.

This Coke plant is equipped with highly advanced Chinese technology with Stamp Charging facility. This technology is best suited for getting uniform granulometry in the coke with consistent physical and thermal properties in the finished product which is extremely important for the end consumers for better operation of their blast furnaces sub-merged arc furnaces foundries.

Bar & wire rod mill is state of art technology super flexible mill supplied by sms-meer and is having the capacity to produce different sizes of bar, wire rods, angles and flats.
