COMPANY HISTORY
The company was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 in the name and style of Vithal
Sugars Manufacturing Limited by Hon’ble MLA Mr. Babandada Vitthalrao Shinde in the year 1998 to
facilitate manufacture white crystalline sugar. Due to the government encouragement towards the cooperative sector, In the year 2007-2008 Hon’ble MLA Mr. Sanjaymama Vitthalrao Shinde, the Chairman of the company took
the initiative to erect 3500 TCD sugar plant and accordingly started operations in the year 2008-2009.
