CRM-DS 1216 is improved based on our original dry strength agent and it adopts the most advanced technology and overseas raw materials. Its amphoteric characteristic make it be attracted to the pulp fibers directly. To increase the production efficiency and decrease the cost so as to increase  economic benefits   Usage Tips:  · Suggested dosage: 5kg to 15 kg per mt of paper or as per client's requests. · To dilute DS-1216 with clean water into 10 to 30 times solution. To add DS-1216 slowly with stirring into clean water (Considering the too high viscosity of DS-1216, pls do not add the needed qty of DS-1216 once). Add rest needed water when DS-1216 is completely diluted in the solution). · To add DS-1216 at the place where it can be mixed thoroughly with pulps. It can be added into mixing pools, head bands or fan pumps.

WS-4089 is a kind of cationic polymer of polyamide & epichlorohydrin. It can be retained via effectively being attracted by pulps with negative charges at fast speed. The thermosetting chemical reaction will be resulted in at the dry section of dryer. Dosage: 5 kg to 30 kg for each mt of absolute dry pulp (or as per paper sheet situation) 2. It can be used in paper making after adding into head box continuously via meter pump  3. It performs best at neutral and alkaline conditions.

Product overview     SS-3030 is a kind of effective cationic styrene acrylic emulsion that co-polymerized by styrene, acrylate & kinds of polymers via special production process. It can be effectively matched with starch and let starch layer perform better in cross-linking strength and  hydrophobicity. Less dosage, lower-cost, better surface sizing effect and convenience are main characteristics of SS-3030. AKD-1600 is a new improved generation sizing agent made from polymer emulsion. Besides the better retention and higher water-insistence, the curing process is also speeded up while the sizing effect is also improved. With better stability and prolonged storage period, it also improved the other related performance of papers. It makes paper have higher water-resistance and increase the paper curing speed. 2. It can improve the paper printing ability, increase the retention rate of fines & fillers, decrease the pulp consumption and cost. 3. It can simplify the sizing process, increase the paper-making capacity of equipment. 4. The neutral paper-making process decreased the corrosion to equipment so as to extend the service life of the machine.    Usage Tips: · It can be applied in the pulp whose pH range is between 6 and 9. The pulps include wood pulp, bamboo pulp, secondary pulp from waste paper, strew pulp, reed pulp, cottons stalk pulp and etc. · The dosage is 5 kg to 15 kg for each mt of pulp. It is usually added continuously by meter pumps into stuff tank or mixing tank. · The equipment and pipes should be cleaned thoroughly if they were used by acidic paper-making. The pulp pH value can be adjusted by adding into a little soda ash or caustic soda.
