Airline Breathing Assembly is typically used for applications that
demand a longer duration of Air supply and to reduce fatigue from
carrying Self Contained Breathing Apparatus. Often the equipment
is used in confined spaces and is fed either from a High-Pressure
cylinder or Compressor. It helps people in the Prevention of inhaling
Poisonous gas, Dust, and smoke and is necessary for people who
work in the industry of chemistry, petroleum, pharmacy, coal gas,
and so on. An Airline Breathing Assembly consists of a Full Face Mask,
Corrugated Tube, and Flow Regulator with Nylon Waist Belt, PVC
Hose with fitting and Oil dust and Moisture Air Filter
Complete with demand valve, full vision face mask,
back plate and steel cylinder. The demand valve is made of plastic material, working automatically with first
breath. The demand valve gets connected with the face piece by tightening the threads. The equipment has a
warning whistle attached to high pressure attachment which is positioned close to the ear to avoid confusion as
to where whistle is sounding. The back plate is made of fibre glass, which is light in weight and has chemical
resistance. It is orthopedically designed in such a manner that weight of the cylinder pulls downward giving
comfort to the user. The carrying cylinder strap of back plate can also accommodate cylinders of all types/sizes
without any modification. For easy handling/transportation, a slot has also been provided on the back plate. The
body hard-ness is padded for comfort. The easily readable pressure gauge is connected to pressure reducer by
a flexible high pressure hose line. The face piece is full vision face mask with threaded connector to the demand
valve. The equipment has two stage pressure reduction systems. The equipment is supplied in easy-to-carry case.
