Galvannealed steel sheets (GA) are produced by reheating the galvanized layer to spread the galvanized zinc and iron materials on the surface to re-coagulate a thin light gray layer of steel-iron alloy. The alloy layer contains about 10% of iron, and compared to pure zinc has less ionization and is stronger in terms of limited surface corrosion. GA is most commonly used in cars that require high-corrosion resistance after spot welding and stamping.

Applications : Automobile parts, as well as internal and external panels for refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and etc.

Galvalume Steel Sheet_Aluminum-Zinc Alloy Coated Steel Sheets (GL) are galvanized steel sheets with both zinc and aluminum, and is the ideal combination of anti-corrosion and alkali-resistance of zinc, and the durability, heat-resistance, and acid-resistance of aluminum. The galvanized layer is consisted of 55% of aluminum and 43.3% of zinc and 1.6% of silicon per weight, and 80% aluminum in terms of volume ratio, so while the advantages of aluminum is well preserved zinc prevents the risk of red rust on the surface, a weakness of aluminum, and the product combines the strengths of both materials.

Applications : Building exterior roofing and walls, heating panels, boilers, pipes, premium fences, distribution panels, refrigerator back plate, DISPLAY, home appliance parts, and etc.

Hot-dip galvanized steel sheets (GI) are produced by passing the full hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface. GI has a thicker galvanized layer which has excellent anti-corrosion qualities, and is the type of steel sheet used most commonly.

Applications : Home appliance, automobile parts, steel house, construction frame, interior/exterior construction materials, and etc.

PPGI Sheets are sheets of pre-painted or pre-coated Steel that display high durability, and resistance against weather and UV rays from sunlight. What is CRCA Steel? CRCA is an abbreviation of “cold rolled close annealed”. This is a steel grade in which cold rolling is done after hot rolling and pickling, to reduce the thickness of steel. Cold rolling makes the material hardened. This cold rolled steelis then annealed in a close container where nitrogen or any other non-oxidizing gases softens it for use and also guards it from oxidation.
