The hot air generator shall consist of three segments, which is, the combustion chamber, the conical venturi mixing chamber and the outlet chamber. The circular combustion chamber will have the burner wall at one end.

Sensitrol Valve is a tight shut-off valve with precision V-oil port for micro-metering and uniform flow of oil through-out the 180 degree sweep of the control handle. Sensitrol Valves are tight shut-off valve to prevent dribbling oil into burners during shut-down.

Wesman manufactures its own range of Butterfly valves that are used for manual motorized input control and for balancing of burner firing rates. Butterfly valves are used to control air required in the burner inlet for complete combustion. Butterfly valves should be the same pipe size as the equipment in the line they are serving in order to give a negligible pressure drop when the butterfly valve is fully open.

Where penetration or forward drive by the flame or combustion gases is to be avoided or when radiation heat transfer is to be enhanced Flat Flame Burners can be effectively used. Flat Flame Burner actually heats its own refractory tile and the refractory surface of a surrounding furnace wall or roof by convection from the high velocity combustion gases thrown sideways from the burner.

Multi-Mull Continuous Mullers are specifically designed to provide large volumes of high-quality molding sand on a continuous basis and utilizes the same effective mulling technique as the Simpson Mix-Muller.

Ratiotrol valves are accurate and used for automatic control proportioning of oil and air flow. Ratiotrol valves maintains the balance between fuel and combustion air for complete combustion in burner. It is used to control burner from high-fire to low-fire and vise versa i.e., as combustion air is turned up or down, the Ratiotrol controls the oil to flow in proportion.

Wesman Sand Preparation conditioning plant generally consists of vibratory shakeout machine, oscillating trough conveyer, belt conveyer, over band magnetic separator, bucket elevator, polygonal screen, return sand cooler, bunkers, feeders, mixer muller, mixed sand distribution system.

Belt Type Conveyor is available mainly for movement of material horizontal or slightly inclined plane. Troughed endless rubber belt, supported by sets of idle rollers, is held between two drums at the two ends. The drive drum is powered by motor and gear box or geared-motor arrangement.

Heat Treatment line comprises Hardening and Tempering Furnaces with Quenching Facilities. The hardening furnaces can be walking beam type with quenching system for polymer or oil as per process requirement and tempering furnaces can be walking beam or conveyor type.

UV Flame sensor gives the signal of the presence or absence of a flame or UV light. The Flame Detector Relays Flame switches used with appropriate sensors energies the UV photo-tubes absence of the flame, the Flame-ON relay is de-energized and shuts–off the fuel solenoid valves as a safety measure to prevent any explosion.

Flame rods have the same function as the UV Flame Sensor and are required for the safety of the combustion system against sudden power failure or any other cause for flame failure.

Bottom pouring ladles are used for Steel Casting. These ladles are fitted with liver actuated pouring mechanism for easy pouring of molten metal in to the mould cavity. Tilting gear is provided for cleaning purpose. For large crane tilting non-geared ladles common detachable bail arms are provided.
