This robotic tending machine is equipped with a double gripper unit and is tending a twin headed machining centre. This double gripper reduces cycle times and therefore improves productivity. The robot is used for additional processes such as de-burring adding further value production. The change over between different grippers is entirely automatic using a automatic tool changer.
