Management Team Managing Director – Vivek Naidu Vivek is an experienced management consultant having extensive experience in Risk Management, Insurance, Corporate Training, Change management counseling, Service delivery & start up projects with more than 25 years of experience spanning across public sector & private sectors - including Banking, insurance, financial services and service delivery in the areas of Management, Marketing, Product development & Corporate Training. Vivek is an MSc (Statistics), MBA Newport University California, MILE IIM Ahmadabad & Fellow Of Insurance Institute of India. He is also a consultant for Change management, Talent management & organization development with experience in the implementation of Assessment Centers & Development Centers. He is also an examiner for Insurance Institute of India for their Associate and Fellow Examinations. Vivek has worked with/for some of world’s largest companies like UIIC ltd, Bajaj Allianz Genral Insurance Limited, Tata AIG GIC Ltd, Thomas Cook India Limited etc. Associate Director: Dr. Ajit Onawale Dr. Ajit Onawale, is a trained psychologist with specialization in Clinical Psychology who holds an M.A in Psychology from Nagpur University; with a Bachelors Degree in Science with a major in Math's, additional B. A in Psychology, secured the Gold Medal in M.A (Clinical Psychology), PhD. From Nagpur University. Dr Ajit Onawale has about 26 years of experience includes three years of teaching experience at postgraduate level, fourteen years of senior corporate experience in HR, and eight years as Director of MapTalent. He has worked in HR with companies like, Bombay Dyeing, Caprihans Group of companies, Transworld Group of Companies, Orient Express Ship Management. The last full time corporate assignment was as Head of HR for Orient Express Ship Management. He has conducted Employee counselling, Psychometric testing and assessment centers for Starbucks India, GTL, AMW Motors, HDIL, Privilege Group of companies, Transworld Group of companies, Capricorn logistics, Petronas India, Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Fugro Survey. In a career spanning 38 years he has been the Executive Editor of Free Press Journal and editor of various regional editions of Indian Express and Hindustan Times. He has the rare distinction of having headed the editorial teams in UP, Bihar, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh --- the four Hindi heartland states that form the political fulcrum of India. He has mapped the readership profile at diverse places like Nagpur, Indore, Patna, Jaipur, Delhi, Raipur, Bhopal and Lucknow. Naidu has traveled and written extensively about the sociological and political behavior in different regions. He is known for free thinking and candid writing.
