To determine the Level of liquid inside a tank, YPL Tubular Level gauge is one of the economical & reliable instruments For it. It is mounted at the side of tank through flange or thread Connection. Liquid inside the tank passes through a transparent Cylindrical glass tube & liquid Level can be physically viewed Through the glass tube and measured by a graduated scale Mounted on the gauge. Level gauges are made in CS SS PP Construction in different centre to centre distance between Mounting flanges or thread connections on the side of tank as per The tank height. These gauges are custom manufactured according To the c-c distance required. Level gauges have a pair of integral Isolation valve for closing liquid flow inlet. PP construction versions Are made with all PP isolation vales & internals. With its economical Price, easy to use & sturdy construction make it widely used Level Indicator for various liquids.

The displacer level switch is designed for internal mounting Throught the top of process vessel and is also furnished with Chamber for external mounting from the process vessel. The Use of displacer as the sensing medium allows for wide switching Differential, field adjustable switching point & use on high pressure Applications. Mounting connection without chamber are offered In 3� flanged standard.

CU56 controller indicator is a versatile used high & low level Indicator cum controller, which can be configured With different type of YPL level sensors or level Switches, for high & low level indication cum Controlling inside a tank, open pits or silos. The Level sensors or level switches are mounted inside Tankpit and wired to the level controller. Controller Is of DIN rail mounting type.

Side mounted level switch are suitable for fitting into tank or Similar vessels for indicating or controlling the level of a liquid. These switches can either be supplied in weather proof housing, Explosion proof housing or for intrinsically safe application.

Guided direct indication: it consist of a float connected to a pointer Through a rope via a set of pulleys. The pointer glides over a calibrated Gauge board, positioned parallel to the tank. The float accurately follows Liquid level variations in vertical direction. The horizontal float movement Is restricted by two guide wires firmly anchored to tank bottom. As such, The pointer is in top position when tank is empty and in bottom position When full.
