Vacuum Filling cum ROPP Cap Sealing Machine Machine is manufactured in S.S. 304 to make it ideal for food grade applications. Systematic Surface finish procedures have been adopted to render glossy look. Versatile machine can fill different sizeshape of bottle with easy to fit change parts. With timing set points, to facilitate minimum change over time. All bottle change parts are made of cast nylon. Self lubricating UHMW wear strips are used on railing and underneath slat chains to eliminate wear-tear and minimize noise. Centralized lubrication is provided through oil pump. Precise speed variation through reputed make variable speed pulley. The machine conveyor is driven by a reputed make maintenance free Variator Drive Unit.
