The Tipping Type Two Wheel Trailer having size : 11�-0� x 6�-0� x 1�-6� is most popular in agriculture & commercial purposes. The design of Tipping Type Trailer has been approved by Joint Director of Transport, Gujarat State, Ahmedabad. The tipping type trailer should be fabricated from Prime MS materials. The three tyre foundation chassis should be made from MS channel 125x65x65mm. The MS plate of 5.0mm thick should be used for bottom of trailer while MS channel 75x40x40 should be used as support of bottom plate. The bearing number 32213 & 32211 to be fitted in Axle assembly. The MS square bar 75.0 mm to be used as an axle of trailer. The wheel rim heavy duty type having size 900 x 16 to be used for fitting of 900 x 16.16 ply tyre. The panel door of trailer should be fabricated from MS Channel 75x40x40mm, MS Angle 35x35x5.0mm & MS Sheet 2.0mm The Hydraulic Jeck having capacity pf 5.0 Ton to be installed in our tipping type trailer.
