Solar Panels generally are fragile in nature. Normally, 18 Cells, 36 Cells or 72 Cells are systematically connected in a suitable series for 6 V, 12 V or 24 V system usages. The Solar Photovoltaic Modules, offered by us, are laminated for the environment protection. These Solar Panels have optimized lamination process parameters ensuring a stable laminate. Crystalline silicon solar cells in series/parallel with bypass diodes are installed in Solar Panels.
Details : - Anodized aluminium frame offers required strength and allows for quick and easy installation on standard array structures.
- Crystalline silicon solar cells in series/parallel with bypass diodes installed.
- Modules are laminated in toughened low iron content PV grade glass Ethyl Vinyl Acetate films PV module back sheet.
- Optimized lamination process parameters ensure a stable laminate. Junction Box with PG Cable glands and bypass diodes are standard in all modules.
- Each module is flash tested in a Sun simulator to ensure conformity to specification.
Features : - A 37 Wp. PV module generates 37 Watt Hour per hour for 5.5 hours
- Possible load 2 nos. of 50 W bulbs run for 2 hours each
- Converts the light energy to the electrical energy
