The Manufacturing Monitor is a GUI enabled R-3000 micro-controller based computing, data-logging and Production Monitoring Device. It is Ethernet enabled, to support networking and comes along with a Touch Screen (5"). It is mounted on each assembly line in a plant, placed at the last process of the assembly line and connected to the proximity sensor PLC output pulse output. It is loaded with the configuration data of the particular line. The Manufacturing Monitor captures the production, fault and manpower data and transmits the captured data to the server through RF modem wirelessly
