The court can boast of a ceiling height of 65 feet with excellent lighting and a seating capacity of over 50 persons, which allures the players and the spectators alike. Various coaching camps are organised on a regular basis for different age groups under the aegis of bengal badminton association, which are always oversubscribed. Tournaments are regularly organised, besides inviting renowned players and coaches to popularise and encourage the sports, among whom were mr s m arif, phulela gopi chand and olympian nitin kartikean, to name a few. Children and members who are regulars here have excelled in the game and even reached the nationals. Well trained markers are available round the clock to play with and assist keen players.
