It is very important that you inform your insurance company that you are having your horse treated with us. Of equal importance is that you initiate a claim before you arrive if possible and fill in a claim form. Some insurance companies will not accept a claim if it is not submitted within a certain time frame of the incident being claimed for.
1. What if I am being referred from another veterinary practice?
Please inform the insurance company of this as failure to do so may invalidate your claim. Please also ensure that each vet that has seen your horse is given a copy of an insurance form within the appropriate time frame as detailed on your policy.
