We are offering Care Label Printer. This is a cost effective compact single colour care label printer with a textile rotary cold cutter. Thermal head has 600 dpi resolution, so printing effect is very clear and sharp. Possible to print small complicated logo design logo or traditional chinese characters very clearly. Equipped with a textile rotary cutter which can cut polyester satin very sharp and continuously without stopping. Interface is in both parallel & serial, USB and LAN Ethernet are available. Memory capacity can be enlarged easily by inserting an SD card. Very convenient to change setting value on front panel. It has a diagnostic utility and use communication tool to send updated data from the computer to printer. It can also maintain each printers state value through a cable from the computer. Easy to change the cutter to either; Regular or Heavy duty depending on the paper or care label. It has a sensor to print on adhesive paper while leaving a gap or on continuous labels while putting a black mark. It has a metal press for releasing fabric tape from ink foil after printing. Mylar covers platen roller to avoid tape getting stuck or jam. Anti-static brush is attached after the cutter knife to avoid tape jam in a dry environment.
