Ceramic Band Heaters

Abtech Heaters & Controllers offers ceramic band heaters that are specifically designed and manufactured to meet the ever increasing demand for energy conservation and to improve operation efficiency. The ceramic Band Heaters transmit heat through both conduction and radiation. The construction is helically wound resistance coil of Nickel chrome wire. This coil is passed through the holes in specially designed ceramic bricks in such a way that the coil is evenly stretched and flexible ceramic heating mat gets formed.

Mica Band Heaters

The Medium Wave IR heating modules are constructed in stainless steel with the cassette style elements. The resistance wire is enclosed in a small diameter quartz tube running parallel to each other. Ceramic Strip Heaters

Ceramic Strip heater is made of Nickel Chrome Resistance wire helically wound coil, which is placed in the heater. The coil is precisely strung through the ceramic insulator & then is mechanically connected to the screw terminals or lead wires as required. The outer body is made of SS304 Stainless Steel Shealth which provides physical strength and resistance to high temperature up to 600C. The resistance wire coil is housed in specially designed ceramic insulator. The Ceramic Strip Heaters are availabe with or without mounting holes.

These heaters are also available with fins for air heating applications. The fins have been specially designed to provide maximum surface contact for good heat dissipation thus resulting in rapid heat transfer to the air.

Mica Strip Heaters

Abtech Heaters offers Mica Strip Heater which is an economical & reliable source of heat for indus trial equipment. The 0.4mm thick mica insulator on both sides of the resistance element provides complete electrical insulation & offer very little resistance to efficient heat flow.

The Nickel- Chrome resistance on wire size is designed to the even heat distribution for maximum heater life. The mica insulator is used to insulate the windings, providing excellent thermal conductivity and strength.
