AT- 221 Thin Film Oven test apparatus for determining the effect of the heat and air on asphaltic material as per the requirements of IS 9382-1982 The Oven is having a double walled chamber of 400mm x 400mm x 400mm (16” x 16” x 16”). The Oven is having range from ambient plus 10°C to 200°C and fitted with variable digital temperature controller to maintain temperature at 163°C + 1°C, metal platform of approximately 340mm dia to keep two aluminium test dishes 140mm dia x 10mm deep, an external motor to rotate the platform at a speed of 5 to 6 rpm and Air Circulating Fan to maintain the sensitivity of + 1°C. Test Chamber is made of Stainless Steel with toughened glass on the door for viewing the samples.
