Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) based products make up the fastest growing segment of Accurate Rubber Industries's silicone rubber molding operations. The fast cure cycles and improved performance properties of liquid silicone rubber make it a good choice for small molded components. Unlike most thermoplastic elastomers (TPRs and TPEs), LSR remains flexible and elastic beyond -70F and retains its properties up to 450F. Liquid silicone rubber is a good candidate for gaskets, seals and cushioning pads in portable communications, data acquisition instruments and ruggedized electronic devices where outdoor conditions are demanding. Cured LSR does not out-gas volatiles and plasticizers- which has made it friendly to electronic assemblies that were formerly required to be "silicone free".

SILICONE TRANSPARENT BRAIDED PIPES

Accurate Rubber Industriesis leading high quality Industrial Silicone Rubber Products Manufacturers & Suppliers in Mumbai (India).SILICONE BRAIDED TRANSPARENT TUBEShas standard construction of 70 Shore A. inner hose are manufactured from Natural Translucent Silicone Rubber, a braided polyester multi-filaments yarn or fiber glass reinforced an 70 Shore A hardens Silicone Rubber top coating (Natural Translucent). Depending upon the size the tubing can withstand pressure of 5-12 kg/cm2. These hoses are suitable for continue operation at temperature from -60 C to + 150C and for intermittent exposure up to 180C. No harmful toxic or physiological effects. Resistance to Ozone, UV lights and Corona discharge. Silicone Rubber Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600. It can withstand repeated sterilization by autoclave ethylene oxide or gamma radiation. Sizes offered are as per customer's specifications.
