• Ace Consulting Engineers render professional services for the applicants of ESDM ( Electronics System Design & Manufacturing Sector ) under Modified Special Incentive Package Scheme ( M-SIPS) for preparation of Detailed Project Report and filing of online application for obtaining Letter of Approval from MeitY.

• Fair Valuation of  used / second hand / refurbished plant, machinery and equipment including for associated utilities and R&D, whether imported or domestically procured.
  
  
  

• Residual Life Certification of  used / second hand / refurbished plant, machinery and equipment including for associated utilities and R&D.
  
  
  

• Fair Valuation of tools, dies, moulds, jigs, fixtures including parts, accessories, components and spares thereof.
  
  
  

• Fair Valuation for reasonableness cost of plant, machinery, equipment and associated utilities self-fabricated including certification of the material cost.
  
  
  

• Scheme for Promotion of Manufacturing of Electronic Components and Semiconductors.
  
  
  

• Application can be filed from 01/04/2020 till 31/03/2023 through online portal.
  
  
  

• Till the time online portal is not created , the application can be filed physically toIPHW Division, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Electronics Niketan, 6 CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110003. 
  
  

• The capital investment incurred during the period of 5 years from the date of Prima Facie Acknowledgment will only be considered for Incentive.
  
  

• Upon successful submission of an application, PMA will issue a unique Application ID and password to the applicant for all future activities pertaining to the Scheme.

ACE CONSULTING ENGINEERS render professional services as per the guidelines of Ministry of Information & Technology, New Delhi (according to the  Notification No. CG-DL-E-01042020-218991 dated 01.04.2020 in Part-I, Section 1 of the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) [ F.No.W-18/30/2019-IPHW-MeitY ] and Guidelines Dated 01/04/2020.

• Detailed preliminary discussion with concerned team members of the applicant to understand technicalities of products and other required information as per prescribed notification and guidelines.

• In depth study of the proposed project & products to ascertain the proper verticals.

• Sharing the comprehensive check list to compile the documents in line with the department guidelines.

• Initial Plant visit to evaluate and carry out micro study about the proposed project

• Feasibility study of the manufacturing facilities for preparing DPR.

• Micro level verification of all documents/statements/data provided by the applicant.

• Generation of on line user id and password through  SPECS portal for the applicant.

• Preparation of Detailed Project Report on the basis of inputs provided by the applicant.

• Preparation and Filing of Application based on the prescribed guidelines of SPECS Notifications.
