We are Manufacturers & Exporters of Scaffold Fittings, Scaffold Accessories and System Scaffolding. We are into manufacturing and Exports since last two decades and our three manufacturing units namely Acme Forgings, Ajay International and Gem Tools Mfg Co. are exporting vast range of scaffolding to UK, Middle East, Far East etc. We are an ISO 9001-2008 certified company with a man power of 500 people and our monthly production capacity is over 500 tons. The manufacturing units are fully equipped with hot and cold forgings, pressings, fabrication, painting, galvanizing, tool rooms and testing labs etc. Our fittings are made as per BS 1139 / EN 74 standards and certified by UK labs.Here is the list of general scaffolding items we produce for exports. 1.
