This is a 100 ton capacity crimping press for metallic bushes for automobile bushes with rubber moldings. The purpose of crimping press is to relieve the stresses developed post curing of rubber and the final outer diameter size finalization. Machine is run in auto mode with auto ejection, loading and unloading of components is manual. It has a very high production rate and other models for bigger size of bushes can also be developed, we have other machines related to this product line. Like bond strength testing machine and spray painting machine is for cam lack and adhesive for inner as well as for the outer surfaces.
