Heat Transfer Foils are heat transferable materials that are trending in the garment decoration industry. They are perfect for adding a true metallic element to designs! If you are not familiar with the title Heat Transfer Foils, perhaps you may know these as Screen Print Foils or even Hot Stamp Foils. These products come in a variety of titles; however, they are all the same. It is important to note that Heat Transfer Foil is not Heat Transfer Vinyl. Heat Transfer Foils are not designed to be cut in a vinyl cutter/plotter nor do they need to be weeded. They also do not include an adhesive. In this case, a separate adhesive material must be first applied to further apply Heat Transfer Foils

PGM grade is ideal for detail stamping on smooth, coated and uncoated paper and board. Available in a broad color selection, the glossy topcoat provides good scuff resistance and the ability to overstamp, overcoat or overprint for added graphic enhancements.

PGM grade is recognized as the industry standard in coding foils. A functional formulation designed for data coding where legibility and performance are key, such as in food and drink applications or clinical products. PGMs strength is its versatility across substrates and machinery.

Cold foil is the application of a foil layer onto a substrate, this is just one of the methods we use to transfer foils to a surface. Weve developed a wide range of cold foils for nearly every type of application.Cold foil is a high speed process whereby the foil is bonded to an ink, so there is no need for a stamping die or the use of heat.Cold foil grades are decided based on the type and quantity of adhesive. Each application is also assigned a reference, known as a grade.
