Usage

Dosage : Adding 1% or under in case of expecting only cover the bad smelling of the plastic.Generally adding 2-5% to produce a product which has special perfume smell adding 50% ormore to get the expected effect like solid air fresher products.

Fragrance remaining period : Normally 6 months in the air more than 1 year without air.

• When we use some strong or dark colors in Injection/ Blow molding or Extrusion & when we start new color, old color still keeps its effect in the product.
• We have to waste lots of time & material to remove old color from machine screw - barrel.
• Our purging agents will remove old color from machine instantly.
• For small barrel size put 100  to 150 gms purging agent with 250 gms polymer of either new color or natural color polymer & Hold it in screw barrel for 3 minutes. Then purge all material & all colors will come out preparing ur machine to start new color.
• For Big Barrel 250 gms purging agent & 400 gms polymer will b required.
