Fiberjet Miniseries is a high capacity pneumaticOFC cableblowing machinefor installing micro/mini fiber cable into micro ducts. It is designed foroptical fiber cable installationof cable diameters ranging from 4mm-7mm in ducts of diameters ranging from 5mm-40mm. Thisfiber optic cable bloweris powered by a high-performance pneumatic drive motor operating at 6.3 Bar. Combined with high-pressure air supplied through the duct, the fiber cable floats within and moves through it with less friction. It is possible to blow cables up to 2, 000 meters in a single shot through the micro-conduits. It can generate a maximum pushing force of 0-350N and using variable control, cable blowing speeds up to 100m/minute can be obtained with this blower.
The microfiber cable blowing machine is lightweight and easy to carry around the working site. Its robust construction makes it operate in all kinds of extreme weather and working site conditions. The Fibre Jet is a high-performance hydraulically powered optic fibre cable blowing machine that is one of the leadingcable laying solutionsin the market. It is designed foroptical fibre cable installationof cable diameters ranging from 8mm-27mm in ducts of diameters ranging from 20mm-63mm. This fibre optic cable blower is powered by a hydraulic power pack which runs on 8.5HP petrol engine. This allows the cable feeding unit to blow optic fibre cable to up to 2, 200 Meter in one shot with pushing forces ranging from 0-650N. With air pressureup to 12 Bar and using a Pneumatic control valve, arecommended airflow rate of 400 CFM can besupplied through the duct allowing the fibre optic cable to float and move easily in the duct. Using a speed control valve it is possible to feed thecable through this blower machine with a speed best suited to the application, it can also achieve cable blowing speeds up to 100m/minute.
Fiber Optic Cable blowing unit is very easy to handle, transport, operate and is built to be used in all extreme weather and working site conditions. The hydraulic power pack can be effortlessly towed around the working site. It comes with hydraulic pressure adjustment controls, engine RPM control and hydraulic level indicator gauge.
