Pass Box is one of the cleanroom systems, which is used to transfer material from one side to other side through controlled environment in order to avoid airborne cross contamination. Pass Box is to pass material from one side to other without raising contamination concern and if any particulate matter present on the material surface, it swipes away during the operation. Interlocking door mechanism is the prime feature of a Pass Box, when door at one side is open the door at the other remains lock. It is also popular with other names such as cleanroom pass through, clean transfer window & transfer hatch. It is widely used in Microbiology Lab., Operation Theatre, Pharmaceutical, Chemical & Food Industry.

AIR SHOWER is a two doors walk-through dust removal system, which is installed prior to Cleanroom entrance. The purpose of setting up air shower system is to control the risk of spreading contaminants in the cleanroom environment by removing particulate matter on the personnel by throwing Class 100 Air Flow. Air Shower throws high velocity Hepa filtered air through jet nozzles which removes particulate matter. The contaminated air is again filtered and re-circulated. Within seconds, the person entering Air Shower comes out entirely clean (i.e. free from hazardous dust). Food Industries, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics production & Animal breeding laboratories are some of the areas where Air Showers are extensively used.

Laminar Air Flow Workstation is a closed cabinet fitted with HEPA filtered Air Flow System. Here, Laminar means unidirectional constant flow of air with almost no or minimal turbulence.
