Separation of box from its magazine
Loading 10 inserts in one box by pick and place system
Separation of top cover from its magazine
Pressing the top cover on to the insert filled box
Unloading the packed box on to the exit conveyor.
Machine speed 10 inserts per 12 secs.
Machine used for packing different Types of carbide inserts in a box operations:
Seperation of boxes from its magazine
Loading 10 inserts in one box by Pick & place system.
Poka yoke (checking presence of all 10 inserts)
Separation of top cover from its magazine.
Pressing the top cover on to the Insert filled box.
Unloading the packed box on to the Exit conveyor.
Machine speed: - 10 inserts per 12 sec.
