High pressure
Vertical Steam Sterilizer is used for sterilizing, surgical instruments dressing materials linen rubber, plastic material by means of saturated stream under pressure of 15 to 20 P.S.I. (adjusted) apart from health services. Vertical Steam Sterilizer is also used in scientific research laboratories, educational institutions and universities. The triple wall unit has inner chamber steam jacket and outer wall made of S.S. duly argon arc welded. The space between outer wall and steam jacket is filled with high grade glass wool to minimize the temperature loss. All sterilizers are hydraulically tested up to 40 P.S.I and the lid is made of thick S.S./ gunmetal and closed by wing nut type closing arrangements. The Vertical Steam Sterilizer is fitted with a gasket made of neoprene rubber, water level arrangements to indicate water level, pressure gauze, steam release cock, spring loaded safety valve, which can be set at any selected point from 10 P.S.I , +_ 3 P.S.I and drain cock. In addition, the Vertical Steam Sterilizer is supplied complete with cord and plug to work on 220 volt. 50 Hz. AC supply and available in following sizes.
