• Structure of Open Deck CanopiesIn this type there is only the load of light fittings on the structure of canopy, so we take light weight tubular structure. It is detachable, so that in future if our client wants to move the canopy, then it will be very easy. Simple types of Brackets on which the Light Fitting will be installed. These types of structures are low in the costs.
• Structure of Closed Deck canopiesIn this type there is a heavy load of Light Fittings, Covering Panels & Air Ducts on the structure, so we take heavy weight rolled steel structure i.e. MS beams & MS Channels. This is also a detachable type of structure. In this type the light fitting are usually install from outside of covering panels. Surface coating type is mainly depending upon the client requirement i.e. G.I. Coating, painting or Powder Coating.
• IlluminationThis is the main part of light canopies. Client has to specify the different lux levels of light at different points of the Object (places) in the canopies & colors of light. The spacing between the light fittings & positions of light fittings depend on the required lux level at required points of vehicle. We have recently designed, manufactured & installed dimmable (1000 lx to 2000 lx)light canopies at Volkswagens Pune Plant Illumination Types

  • We use Lapp/Finolex cables, Plastic/GI Cable Trays, Proper Dressed Cabling with Control Panel.
  • We can provide the OBJECT PRESENCE SENSORS to save the energy, with the help of this the lights will turn on automatically when an OBJECT enters in the canopy & turn off as an OBJECT goes out.
