We offer a complete product range of AFC 22D ATLANTIC FOAM CONCRETE PUMP
Atlantic Foam Concrete Pump AFC 22D is a complete mobile unit suitable for mixing, pumping and conveying of foam concrete. The unique mixer of AFC 22D allows an expansion of foam-concrete up to 5 times of its original volume and reduces specific weight of the material from 1500 Kg/m3 to 300 Kg/m3.
It is therefore ideal for thermal or acoustic insulation of floors with delivery height up to 40 m reaching a production of 4 - 8 m3/hr. In addition to the Piston Pump, the AFC 22D is equipped with a twin diaphragm pump for pumping the foam additive solution, a wider reservoir with capacity of 150 litre, supply hopper for feeding the piston pump with cement grout, mixer cylinder unit complete with gauges and control valves for production of foam concrete.
