  • Blade Spacing 20 mm as standard.
  • Frame High quality extruded aluminium profile with 30 mm flange width as standard. 12, 20, 24 mm flange widths are optional.
  • Blade Aerofoil blades from aluminium profiles.
  • Damper frame and blades: High quality extruded aluminium profiles with natural aluminium finish. Black matt finish as option.
Product Description

Double deflection Grilles are generally used in walls forsupply / return HVAC applications .

Description:

  • The Grille frame and blades are of high quality extruded aluminium profiled construction with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.
  • Grilles have two sets of parallel aerofoil blades with one set mounted vertically on the front and other set horizontally at the rear.
  • Frame is separated from the aerofoil deflection blades by nylon bushings. This method of assembly ensures quiet, smooth and rattle free operation.
  • Deflection blades can be adjusted manually and individually, to provide air deflection in both horizontal and vertical planes.
  • Grilles are rigidly fixed with opposed blade damper by grippers. Damper blade is screw operated from the face opening.
  • Foam gasket is sealed around the back of the frame as option to avoid air leakage.

Standard finishes:

  • Natural anodized aluminium finish.
  • Powder coated color finish as per RAL color codes.
  • Flexibility of finishing is available as option.

ASR-V same as ASR-H , with vertical front blades and horizontal back blades.

ASG-H same as ASR-H , without damper. (Double deflection grille can be used for return air application)

Product Description

Exhaustair louver are mainly used in the ventilation system ofa building. The fixed blades of a louver are arranged in such a way that is allows the flow of air meanwhile preventing the ingress of water at nominal velocities. Customers get to choose between profile frame which is commonly found or box type frame.

It is also supplied with an option of a damper fixed behind. The damper can be manually operated or motorized. Please refer to the catalogue for different options for the frame if the louvers are to be supplied with damper.

Description:

  • Composed of frame and horizontal blade assembly made of high quality extruded aluminium profile with the advantages of durability and corrosion resistance.
  • Designed to have sturdy construction. Blades are fixed to the main frame using screws and riveted to the mullions for bigger sizes.
  • Weather resistant structure with blades inclined at an angle of 45oto protect against rain water penetration.
  • Assembly provides around 45% effective pressure area.
  • Multiple sections will be assembled as per request.

Standard Finishes:

  • Natural anodized aluminium finish.
  • Epoxy powder coated finish. Color as per clients choice.

  • Flange width: 12, 16, 24mm flange widths are optional
