Our offered Product range includes Master Plug Screws and Self Tapping Screws.
Master Plug systems are designed to work with most seaming jobs and almost any material:
Fastens blind holes and closed-end holes
Cushions and seals similar and non-similar materials
Absorbs vibration and seals both sides
Tapered design enhances fastening installation
Ozone and ultra violet exposure light resistant
Removable and reinsertable
All Master Plug materials are effective against cracking, leaking and ozone.
Self Tapping Screws are sheet metal screws and require pre-drilling.
They are available in two types:
Type A:
Coarse thread / Sharp end point, recommended for use on steel purlins with thickness not exceeding 2.67mm
Type B:
Fine thread / Flat end point, recommended for use on steel purlins with thickness exceeding 2.67mm
They are available in Carbon Steel (Ruspert or Tufcote coating), Stainless Steel grade 304 & 316
