aluminum honeycomb core is an hexagonal shaped aluminum material . thickness of aluminum foil of the core
ranges from 0.035mm to 0.08mm and core is 10mm to 25mm ( lesser core can be tried subject to qty.)
and height of the core is 6mm to 100mm. diameter of the cell is generally 3mm to 25mm.
thickness of the foil an density of the honeycomb depend upon the depending upon this diameter of the cells.
aluminum honeycomb panels are sandwich panels consist of aluminum or fiberglass skin ( some times other materials like plywood also) both sides and aluminum honeycomb is sandwiched between these two skins.
aluminum honeycomb is a light weight material yet with stiffness. it has resistance to fire, corrosion and shear.
it is a durable material.

PHENOLIC FOAM is widely used insulation material which is easy to install because it can be cut and shaped to any size with hands. It is a rigid Cellular Foam with a closed cell structure with lower K value (low thermal conductivity). It is odorless, Rodent/ Insect proof also resists fungal and bacterial growth. Its service temperature range 196 Deg.C to + 130 Deg.C which is good for certain extent Heat insulation and is good for Chilled water Pipe and Duct insulation.
Unfaced and Aluminum Facing options are available, density rages from 35 Kg. 120 Kg. /Cu.m depending upon its application.

pir (polyisocyanurate) sandwich panels are now a days preferred because
polyisocyanurate (pir) foam is chemically and thermally more stable: breakdown of isocyanurate bonds is reported to start above 200°c, compared with urethane at 100 to 110°c.
fire resistance (self fire extinguishing feature) of this material is better than b-3 types pu.
hi rib panels are for roof application. low/ micro rib panels are for walls / ceiling/ partitions.

POLY URETHANE FOAM (PU/ PUR/ PUF): It is produced from the reaction of Polyols and Isocyanates. Lower density cushion like is used for bedding/ mattresses, seating, furniture etc. Higher density Foam is used as core material of sandwich panels. Good thermal insulation (Low thermal conductivity) and good strength to ration makes them ideal core for sandwich panels. But it has been classified under B Class. B3 core sandwich panels are widely used though they are not recommended in many regions.

We offer metal Decking sheets. Concreting is done on these sheets (on proper wire mesh / Metal Framing). These sheets are used for mezzanine floors, and also to build multi floor construction subject to the sheet's Load bearing features. Available 0.7mm thickness to 1.2mm thick, generally in Mill Finish GI material.
45/150 and 75/305 profiles are widely used, other profiles too are offered subject to qty.
