This machine was designed to operate the production of PET bottles for non-carbonated drinks. It integrates three functions: bottle washing, filling and sealing. It reduces costs for laboring and equipment and prevents contamination druing processing.
When changing from the star-wheel to the gripper, there is no concern about bottles getting wedged in the star-wheel.
The machine has a C.I.P rinse function so as to effectively clean and fill barrels and pipes.
