Option 1 made of extruded aluminium profiles, hinges made of aluminium die cast, each with 2 maintenance-free brass bushes.
Option 2 sandwich door leafs made of 54mm steel sandwich panels, insulated with PU foam (HDFCfree). Stainless steel hinges.
Flush door sets has no visible construction lines and therefore allow a totally clean surface which reduces particle contamination for clean room environments to suit Hospital, Laboratory, and other clean environment locations.
