Norden Jumper Wire, manufactured in accordance to BT spec CW1423. The cables are primarily used for jumpering or hook up on distribution frames and also as a general equipment wire in exchange equipments and cabinets.
Figure 8 Aerial self support cables are designed medium span aerial installations; they have ultraviolet and harsh external environment protection. Up to 12 fibres are there in each jelly filled plastic compound tube, which are stranded around a steel wire strength member, water blocking tape, corrugated steel tape and covered by a PE outer sheath. The upper part of figure 8 has seven number messenger wires made of stranded galvanized steel wire with PE outer sheath. They have small diameter, light weight, good bend resistance performance. The UL listed FPLR type shielded power limited fire alarm riser cable from Norden is suitable to be use in a vertical runs in signaling & fire alarm system. It works in high temperature levels. This cable is constructed with FR-PVC insulation and outer jacket with aluminum and PE tape shielding that meets UL 1666 specifications. This cable complies with VW - 1 Flame Test requirements in ANSI/UL 1581.Tested as per ANSI/UL 1666 for flame propagation height of electrical and optical - Fibre Cables Installed Vertically in Shafts.
