Coil Coating Plant since 1998; we provide a comprehensive end to end package, which includes Design, Plant, Machinery, Installation, and Commissioning & Training. Through innovative know how we provide state of the art technology that is economical, cost effective and bespoke for individual applications on a turnkey basis. Our pre-treatment tanks and piping are made from stainless steel for a corrosion free life and longevity, these tanks feature multiple spray system headers, heating systems with temperature controls, air dryers and specially designed squeegee rolls. Our lines can be designed to run at speeds of up to 80mtrs/min uninterrupted. Our design allows for changing of coating, colors and coils nonstop, thereby ensuring zero downtime and round the clock production.
