The furnace is composed of:

Refractory steel shovel for the manual loading
Heating chamber made of special refractory steel alloy, designed for controlled atmosphere
Stainless steel and refractory steel cooling chamber
Stainless steel cooling tank
Stainless steel basket for the manual discharge
Automatic regulation of temperature
Weekly and daily timer for automatic switching on/off
Timer to set the annealing time.
Buzzer alarm at the end of the cycle.
The furnace can be required with ammonia dissociator or, alternatively, with hydrogen and nitrogen gas mixer.
