JSEAL Style 1101 INDFLON All Purpose Sealing cordStyle 1101 is a multipurpose self foaming valve packing made of 100% TFE fluorocarbon. In its un sintered form, Sealing cord has a high degree of pliability enabling it to conform to valve stuffing box flaws and irregularities, providing an endless molded packing set. Installation couldnt be simpler just wind the lock cord around the valve stem, tighten down on the gland nuts, add more material and repeat until stuffing box is full.

  • No valve drag
  • Temperature range:-270 to 300C(-450F up to +600F)
  • Pressure Rage: 205 Bar(Up to 3000 PSI)
  • Chemical Resitance: ph 0 to 14 chemically inert It is corrosion resistance for all common chemicals (Except melted alkali metals and fluorine gas at high temperature)
