Mixed bed de-ionisers are often required after 2 bed de-ionisation or reverse osmosis treatment to meet the higher water quality demands in applications such as power generation and microelectronics. Correctly specifying and building either working or polishing mixed bed units is critically important and our technical experts can provide the necessary units to meet your requirements. Typically used in higher flow rate applications, units can be designed to achieve whatever flow is required even for condensate polishing.
Standard RO units are available to accommodate flow rates in the range 0.16 m3/h to > 20 m3/h with both Single and Twin Pass configurations. Additional add-on modules to improve Recoveries to > 85% in some cases are also available. Custom RO units for higher flows and more demanding duties can also be custom designed and built.
