Resin Selection

Selecting Unique Grating is the first step to ensuring a maintenance free flooring solution. Selecting the correct resin ensures the highest performance in the most demanding of circumstances. Unique is available in five standard resin grades to ensure the greatest economic advantage is achieved whilst maintaining the highest levels of technical performance.

Resin Range

The Resin ranges are intended for extremely demanding applications. The Unique resin range is made up of high technology products that are particularly recommended for synthetic label materials (PE, PP, PET).
These high performance products are highly resistant: resistant to smudge, resistant to high temperature, to solvents and to some detergents. Some are adapted for specific applications.

Moulded Fiberglass Grating

Moulded Fiberglass Grating

Unique Fiberglass and Composites LLC moulded grating, provides an efficient and cost effective solution for all flooring, walkways and decking areas requiring long terra in very aggressive and corrosive environments. Constructed from glass reinforced thermoset resins, Unique Fiber Composites moulded grating is an excellent choice to replace conventional steel and aluminum flooring systems in such aggressive environments. Panels of the moulded gratings are inherently stable due to their square mesh construction.

Impact Resistance

Having a square mesh and a continuous woven roving reinforcement pattern assists in providing a grating panel with high impact resistance. Repeated loads can be applied with little or no permanent deformation.

Unique Fiberglass Composites moulded grating is designed for use in walkways, platforms and other flooring applications in this wide range of Indus-tries. Oil and gas, Industrial, Food processing, Water treatment, Marine, Mineral processing, Power generation, Animal husbandry, Environmental control, Pulp and paper Breweries, Chemical, Plating, Electrical, Telecommunications, Vertical filter grids etc.

Our bridging ladders are fiberglass reinforced plastic formed by interweaving continuous fiber-glass roving, impregnated with saturated polyester resin. Its interwoven square mesh construction offers a unique bi-directional strength providing increased load carrying capability per unit weight. The product is quite flexible and may be repeatedly delected without causing permanent deform-tion. Once the load is removed, they will return to their original shape, unlike the metallic versions, which will remain deformed and require replacement. A hard wearing quart_ grit, which is bonded to the top surface, will provide many years of excellent service, even in the harshest of environments.
