LOFTREX melt blown polypropylene filter cartridges have a multi-density design to simultaneously retain both coarse and fine particles. The outer portion consists of non-woven melt blown polypropylene for retention of larger particles. The inner area consists of a bi-component polypropylene and polyethylene fiber inner core to retain the finer particulate that traversed through the melt blown section. LOFTREX are constructed as a single piece, it is not a two piece design with an inner core.
No surfactants are present which could contribute to foaming or other undesirable performance and the material of construction satisfies FDA CFR 177 requirements
LOFTREX filter cartridges are offered in four designs encompassing both nominal and absolute rated retentions and single and multi-zone designs for retentions within 0.50 to 150 microns.

LOFMET filter cartridges are constructed of porous titanium and designed for applications involving extreme temperatures and operating conditions. Aggressive fluids and gases, high temperature and high pressure applications benefit from the rugged fixed pore LOFMET design and titanium powder material of construction.LOFMET titanium filter cartridges can be backwashed and cleaned for reuse repeatedly. The inherent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance is due in-part to a design that has no longitudinal seams.
LOFMET filter cartridges have absolute particle retention ratings with a Beta 200 (99.5%) efficiency. The sintered titanium material of construction is compatible with a variety of corrosive liquids & gases, cryogenic fluids, high viscosity solutions, process steam, high temperature liquids & gases and catalyst recovery applications.
LOFCLEAN filter cartridges are constructed of long acrylic fibers, bonded together with phenolic resin, forming a rigid, one piece depth filtration cartridge.
LOFCLEAN filter cartridges are designed for paints, inks, lacquers, varnishes, adhesives, sealants and similar viscous materials due to their rigid design. LOFCLEAN filter cartridges are also used for filtration of machine tool coolant and lubricants such as oil and grease due to their broad chemical compatibility.
LOFCLEAN filter cartridges have nominal retentions from 1 to 100 microns.
