Vulcan heavy-duty, reinforced steel doors are designed for use in Industrial, Commercial or Residential applications. Available in Single or Double panel configuration with frames prepared for installation in Masonry, Steel or Wood stud construction.

Vulcan Steel Doors provide a contractor friendly and cost effective means of reducing on-site labour by streamlining the purchasing of products and reducing costs. Vulcan Steel Doors are rugged and durable and have been Underwriters Laboratories tested and approved under UL 10 C /10 B category up to 3 Hours Fire-Ratings.Also tested by Exovaupto 4 hours fire rating.

Vulcan Steel Doors are available with standard assembly. Our doors are hung by heavy-gauge steel hinges, with available hardware configurations including locksets, panic exit devices, closers and view lites. Full Flush door panels and frames are constructed of galvanised steel. Vulcan can also build to fit your specific needs in custom door sizes and configurations of hardware.

Fire rated doors and frames are made with galvanised steel and then powder coated to required colour.
Fire Rating can be acheived from 1 hour to 3 hours.
Single Doors from size Width 650-1500 mm X Height 1500-3000 mm can be made.
Double Doors from size Width 1200-3000 mm X Height 1500-3000 mm can be made.
