The Telescopic Chute is a very effective dust control equipment, primarily used for loading of bulk material into open trucks, bulkers and containers. It is also referred to as telescopic loading spout or simply loading spout. An important application of the equipment is in port mechanization i.e loading of barges and ships. It comprises of inner sections which can be either conical or cylindrical, which contains the bulk material flow. An outer bellow which is flexible is used to limit the propagation of dust. In case of mechanized warehouses, telescopic loading spout is used for maintaining dust free environment by containing the dust discharged from height. The equipment helps in maintaining clean and healthy environment form employees.
Stacker is employed for mechanizing bag stacking and un-stacking operation inside the godown/warehouse. Units like bags/cartons/boxes can be conveniently stacked up to height of 15-18 feet, which is not possible or cumbersome if done manually and requires many laborers. Storage capacity of Godowns can be increased and stacking time and cost can be reduced substantially. Stacker can also be used for loading and unloading operation from small trucks with smaller depths. Stacker along with set of mobile conveyors can be employed for mechanizing total bag handling.

A Drag Chain Conveyor can be used for handling powdery, coarse, fine grained, abrasive and sticky bulk materials. Drag Chain Conveyor is capable of conveying the material to steep inclination of 50 degrees. In certain applications, Drag Chain Conveyor can also be used for reclaiming of bulk material from Silos / Hoppers
Drag Chain Conveyors consist of a series of metal or plastic flights attached at uniform intervals to one or two strands of endless chain. The chain moves the flights along in a trough thereby pushing or sliding the material along. Carry run is on the bottom side. Multiple inlets and discharge points can be provided with Drag Chain Conveyors, allowing for maximum efficiency. The intermediate discharge openings can be fitted with remote controlled shut-off gate valves to choose the receiving silo. In case of handling abrasive materials, drag conveyor has to be operated at very low speeds. Appropriate chain speed and chain width are vital for the service life of the drag chain conveyor.
