Our Products
Our offered Product range includes Bus System Cables, High Temperature Cables, Fire Survival Cables, Industrial Automation Cables and Marine Offshore Cables.
AGILON offers a full line of Fire Survival Cables. OurSafeShieldFire Survival Cables are specifically designed for critical applications where circuit integrity must be maintained during fire emergencies. These cables comply with various National & International standard like IS 17505 and BS 7846 and others.
Cables are designed and manufactured as per the below applications:
Static Applications
Dynamic Applications
Highly Dynamic Applications
Industrial & Other Harsh Environment Applications
Industrial Bus System Cables are essential components in industrial automation and control applications. They provide reliable and accurate communication between devices and the control system, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing process.Choosing the right type of industrial bus system cable for a specific application is critical for achieving optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
Marine Wire and Cable are used for applications in the marine, including seas and oceans. Agilon Marine Cables bring reliable, safety conscious cables & wires solutions to offshore platforms, equipment suppliers and commercial shipbuilders. Our marine cables offer physical toughness and the safety benefits of low smoke and zero halogen (LSZH) jackets to provide a no-compromise solution that can withstand the har shest offshore environments.
High Temperature Cables are for applications where temperatures exceed 150C in normal use. Common insulation and jacket materials used for high temperature cables include Silicone, ETFE, FEP, PFA, PTFE, Mica and Fiberglass.
Underwater Cables are specialized cables that are designed to operate in harsh underwater environments, such as oceanic depths or coastal waters. They are used in a variety of applications including telecommunications, oil and gas exploration, marine research and offshore wind energy. One of the key features of underwater maritime applications cables is their durability. They are designed to withstand the extreme pressures, temperatures and corrosive elements of the marine environment.
A Thermocouple Cable is usually a pair of insulated conductors made from two different metals with the same or similar properties to the thermocouple probe. They carry the signal from the probe back to the measuring unit. To transmit the signal there must be a positive (+)
and negative (-) conductor. These conductors are often referred to as legs. Two legs make a pair and you must have a pair for a thermocouple to operate. Multiple Pair Cables are also used where a number of sensors or probes in one area link back to a control panel.
