Neem oil is a vegetable oil pressed from the fruits and seeds of the neem (Azadirachta indica), an evergreen tree which is endemic to the Indian subcontinent and has been introduced to many other areas in the tropics.

Seeds and kernels of neem tree are used to extract Neem oil. The oil has insecticidal and medicinal properties. This is the prime reason for it being used for years in cosmetics, medicines, pest control, shampoos, toothpaste, soaps, mosquito repellants, pet products etc. Wide use of neem oil is witnessed in various sectors like Agricultural industries, Natural Pesticide , Natural Insecticide , Natural Fungicide and Herbal Medicine industries
