Two additional things with gland packing : Aluminium washer below guide nut Back seat is designed in Teflon seat to prevent leakage from guide & check nut. Each & Every valve are goes through two different tests- body leakage test & seat leakage test at pressure of 300 psi.
FLANGE TYPE VALVES
Globe Valves & Angle Valves are manufactured in flange types from size 1/2" to 4" & volume of gas can be controlled by wheel adjustment.
Screwed Type Valve
Screwed valve available from 1/2" to 1" and available in both Globe & Angle.
Check Valves available in two variants Flange type Check Valve & In-Line Check Valve. Reflex Gauge Glass, Gauge Valves, Strainer Valve, Safety Valve, Needle Valve & Flanges are also available
