Oscar Dengue antigen (NS-1) test is a rapid card test based upon lateral flow immuno assay for the qualitative detection of NS-1 antigen of Dengue virus in human serum / plasma as in aid of early diagnosis of dengue infection. The nitrocellulose membrane is immobilized with cocktail of monoclonal antibodies of dengue at test line position T and goat anti rabbit IgG at control line position C. The colloidal gold is conjugated with monoclonal antibody of dengue and rabbit IgG. Oscar Dengue antigen (NS-1) test is available in multiple of 5T pack. Each pack contains individually pouched test device, sample dropper and product insert. NO buffer is required. Oscar Dengue antigen (NS-1) test has shelf life of 24 months from date of manufacturing if stored at 2-30C in sealed condition.
Oscar HCG / Pregnancy card test is intended used for qualitative detection of HCG (Human chorionic gonadotropin) in human urine as in aid of early diagnosis pregnancy. It is based upon lateral flow immuno assay and highly specific monoclonal /polyclonal antibodies to HCG have been used for coating on nitro cellulose membrane and colloidal gold conjugate in the test formulation to have better sensitivity and specificity. Specimen of choice freshly collected urine and result can be obtained within 5-10 minutes. Oscar HCG card test is available in 40T pack and each kit contains individually pouched test cards, disposable droppers and product insert. It has shelf life of 24 months from date of manufacturing if stored at 2-30 C under sealed conditions. The Oscar HCG test has excellent sensitivity and specificity with minimal detection limit of 25 mIU HCG/ml of urine.
