COMPRESSOR : We are using Reciprocating compressor of reputed indigenous make. CONDENSER : Compact design shell and tube type. It is being tested hydrostatically at 20 Kgcm² CHILLER : Condensed liquid refrigerant is being expanded in DX Type Chiller through expansion valve. Water is being circulated through Chiller shell side having baffles arrangement, chiller is also being manufactured and tested hydrostatically 20 Kgcm² pressure. CONTROLS : Low Pressure, High Pressure cutout are being provided for the safety of plant. Thermostat being also provided for Automatic tripping, in case when temperature get maintained. Cold Room are available in standard models and for other sizes & for specific temp. requirement, Cold RoomFreezing Room are available in Temp. Range -25° C to 18° C. But standard model are available with 4° C temp conditions. The AIRTECH Puf Cold Room Chamber using Puf of high density in CRCA Sheet duly painted. Each panel section incorporated with the high quality material. Doors are provided with magnetic gasket and for lower temperature below Zero heater in door gasket is being provided. Thermometer Electronic Digital Type provided to access the temp condition, Refrigeration unit designed in split type to avoid hot air draft lower level and to meet with Indian ambient conditions.

Airtech pressurization and Air cooling plant are used to supply the Filtered Cool Air in the Industrial shade to avoid outside dust and foreign material entry into the working zone. This also helps in increase of work efficiency, especially in the dry and hot season of May and June. These type of plants involves Low Initial Investment as compare to Air conditioning Plants.
