Description

• Double walled boiler: inside walls are made of stainless steel & outer cover is of mild steel, and finished in enamel
• Lid is made of mild steel, lined with stainless steel & provided with a radial locking system worked by a handle
• Gasket is of neoprene rubber
• The working pressure adjustable from 10 psi. To 20 psi. +- 3 psi.
• The pressure control switch cuts off current to heaters, when pressure reaches the pre set value. When pressure falls, the current starts flowing to heaters
• Fitted with a drain and a water level indicator to show level of water inside the boiler
• Panel fitted with on/off switch pressure control switch pressure gauge & steam release valve

Construction

The outer chamber is made of thick gauge Mild Steel while inner is made of 304 grade Stainless Steel. Lid is made of Mild Steel with inner lining with S.S. for double protection. The unit has Radial Locking arrangement for the lid. The Vertical Autoclave is also provided with built-in safety valve, pressure gauge, and pressure release valve. Pressure is adjustable from 5psi to 20psi ± 3psi. Our Vertical Autoclave is supplied completely with cord, plug etc. To operate 220 volts single phase 50 cycles. Electrically heated by special flange type/immersion type heaters bearing ISI mark, to work on 220 volts single phase 50 cycles

Working Pressure

• The pressure inside the chamber is variable from 5psi. to 20psi. But the normal recommended pressure for sterilization process is 1.2kgf/cm sq.g ( 15psi - 17psi )
